Dish Network Adds Another HD Channel and Takes Another One Away

Dish Network continues to add to its HD channel lineup. Today, it launched Veria HD on channel 218. It’s available in the AT250 package and above or for $5.00 a month a-la-carte. Also today, Dish dropped World Fishing Network HD due to lack of viewership. Dish is upgrading its capabilities to show more HD Regional Sports Network (RSNs) broadcasts at the same time. Still not as good as DirecTVs 24.7 RSNs but it is a move in the right direction.
